1. Non-Refundable Payments
1.1. All payments made to Salaam Soulmates, including membership fees, renewals, and auto-renewals, are strictly non-refundable. These financial transactions are final and non-negotiable
1.2. Members are strictly prohibited from assigning or transferring their membership rights to any other individual or entity. Any violation constitutes a breach of the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
1.3. Payments made for Salaam Soulmates services are non-transferable and cannot be allocated to another party. All services are exclusive to the member who made the payment.
1.4. Due to the nature of digital services, which provide immediate access to our matchmaking features, all payments made to Salaam Soulmates, including membership fees, renewals, and auto-renewals, are non-refundable. Once you have subscribed to our services, you gain instant access to a range of benefits, making the payments final and non-negotiable.
1.5. Exceptions:
While all payments are non-refundable, exceptions may be made in the following cases:
⢠Billing Errors: If there is an error in the amount charged or duplicated payments.
⢠System Malfunctions: In the rare event that technical issues prevent you from accessing the service after payment.
⢠Fraudulent Transactions: If a payment was made without your authorization or through fraudulent means.

2. Moneyback Guarantee
2.1. Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for the Moneyback Guarantee, users must have at least a 95% profile completion within the first 90 days of obtaining a premium membership.

⢠Upload at least one profile photo.
⢠Complete all mandatory fields, including biography, preferences, and contact information.
⢠Actively engage with the platform, such as sending messages or responding to matches.
⢠If you meet the profile completion requirements and have not received satisfactory service, you may be eligible for a full refund of your premium membership fee. 3.1. Our Assisted Service provides users with personalized matchmaking support and detailed assistance, designed to help you find suitable matches more effectively.
3.2. What the Assisted Service Includes:

⢠At least 10 potential matches provided during the service period.
3.3. Note on Narrowing Preferences: Narrowing your preferences after starting the Assisted Service may limit the number of available matches and impact the overall effectiveness of the service.

If you encounter issues or have suggestions for improving the matchmaking process, please contact our support team at support@salaamsoulmate.com. Your input helps us refine the service and meet your expectations more effectively.
4. Membership Packages
4.1. Variety of Packages: Salaam Soulmates offers a range of premium membership packages tailored to meet the diverse needs and preferences of its members. These packages, available in monthly and annual options, offer different features and durations.
4.2. Selection of Package: Members have the flexibility to choose a membership package that suits their specific requirements. Packages vary in duration and price, with different premium features offered depending on the package.
4.3. Package Limitations: Each premium membership package comes with certain limitations, such as the number of phone numbers that can be viewed. Specific packages, such as the 1-month and 12-month Premium packages, offer additional benefits and privileges.

Users opting for a 12-month Premium membership receive additional advantages, including:
